What you get…

1. Prep work (I will send you an assessment  to go thru before our first session and return what I ask you to return). You will usually see it immediately after you pay. You will also see a link to schedule your session. I will send you a zoom link at least 48 hours before our session.

2. A one-on-one 60 Minute Laser Coaching Session

3. 30 minute follow up session 1-2 weeks later as a check in to see how you are doing and provide you with any guidance to help you go forward on your journey

It’s simple. After you purchase your session, I will send you link to schedule your initial session and fill out the intake form, all within immediately after purchase (you will be redirected to a link). You will return the requested information before our session. When it's time for your call that you scheduled, hop on via the information that I provide you, and we go from there.
